Classic Gemini rising look:

• high or very high forehear
• nose with a small, pointy tip
• eyes quite close together
• thin lips
• slim body
• narrow shoulders and at least average height among the men
• something youthful about them

Mercury affecting the 1st house, 1st house ruler in Gemini - face enlongation.

One of the biggest foreheads I've seen: Gemini Ascendant square Mercury in Virgo (woman).

Mercury and Gemini might be worth inspecting in the context of significant frontal hairloss that begins before entering middle age. I'm yet to make up my mind.
